Stella’s educational foundation was built on attending numerous seminars and lectures during her psychology studies, fueling her in-depth exploration of psychotherapeutic approaches. She completed a specialized Master’s program in Clinical Skills based on Cognitive Analytic Models and later earned a Master’s degree in “Interconnective Psychiatry” at the Medical School of Athens. This advanced training enriched her understanding of psychiatric disorders and their relationship to somatic pathology.

Her collaboration with ICPA has been a cornerstone of her career, where she serves as both a psychotherapist and a trainer, leading supervisory groups for emerging therapists.
