Sofia Korahai is a highly trained Psychologist, Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, Psychopedagogue, and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist for adults. With an MA in Psychoanalytic Studies from the University of Essex and specialized training in Clinical Psychology from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, Sofia brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. Her qualifications extend to art therapies, play therapies, special education, and she is on the cusp of completing her MA in Psychoanalysis with a focus on Contemporary Interpersonal Psychodynamic Therapy through her collaboration with the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy Athens (ICPA).

Sofia’s academic and professional journey spans esteemed institutions in Greece and the UK, including Anglia Ruskin University, the University of Essex, and psychotherapeutic institutes such as the ICPA, Ermas Psychotherapy Center, Anna Freud Institute, Theraplay Institute, and the LEGO Foundation.

She is an accredited member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a training member of the British Association for Counseling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Sofia provides both individual and group therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and adults, delivered in person and remotely.

She also offers psychodynamic therapy for adults through Future Living Hertford, an award-winning UK charity that supports individuals rebuilding their lives after domestic violence.
